Product Return Guidelines
Condition/time frames of returning products:
The return of products will be accepted under the following conditions: wrongly delivered items, incorrect products, damage during transit, incomplete packages, etc. This is contingent upon notifying us of such discrepancies within 72 hours of receiving the product, and the return must be made in the original condition. For transit damages, reports must be submitted within 48 hours, as after this period, we may be unable to address the complaint.
Hassle-Free Replacement:
We provide an easy replacement option for all products available on cirrustea.com, subject to specific conditions outlined below. Customers must notify us of any damaged or incorrect product within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. In cases of transit damages, reports must be submitted within 48 hours. We may request images of the product and the internal and external packaging materials.
Upon approval for replacement, the defective or damaged product will be substituted with a brand-new one at no additional cost. If customers fail to inform Cirrus Tea within the specified timeframe, the request may be accepted or rejected at our discretion. While we strive to replace the exact product ordered, Cirrus Tea reserves the right to offer an alternative product if the original is Out of Stock or Discontinued or may provide a store credit.
The replacement guarantee applies solely to cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages. Damages resulting from normal wear and tear or negligence on the part of the customer are not eligible for return.
